Deciding for the place from where I can get my six months of training was like a big tension for me. But as I got to know about NSPL from one of my friend who is working at NSPL, I got a bit relaxed. As the Company provides training and works on the LIVE PROJECT like CRM which is of great importance.

It seemed a little difficult to me to get into the environment as .NET was completely new language to me but now things are so easily to go with. In this healthy environment, I have learnt a lot till date and I am sure that as I will go through the period of 6 months at NSPL I will be close to perfection.

Employees of NSPL are good and helpful. Instructor provided by NSPL is also very good person. CRM is a good and heavy project. But it should not be given to trainees for testing and debugging. Only the small project should be given to trainees in the beginning. These small projects should be completed in one week. A trainee should work on more on more than five projects.

I am here to share my wonderful experience at 6 months Industrial training at NSPL. Our batch was headed by Senior Software Engineer, simply an expert in professional Software languages. In a very professional and healthy working environment, I got engineered with languages like VB.NET, ASP.NET and C #. NET.

It would really help me in the future to be successful in the Software world. From this I have got a lot of confidence and good technical knowledge so that I would feel confident and comfortable at any IT Company and at any kind of work.

NSPL is a software Company based on several languages. I work here as a trainee on LIVE PROJECT. This is my first experience as a Software Engineer. I think the environment of the company make me professional because my thinking level is developed here in such type of environment. I am working here on several projects based on CRM. The modules are testing, designing, and coding. All these three modules are totally based on customer demand. The main motive of the Company is to satisfy the customer and we fulfill the customer demand. We design the program interface as the requirement of the customer. Here, we start some new projects like BLOG, CHAT SERVER, etc.

NSPL is a Company which provide training which helps us to become Software Engineers. The type of environment   and the efforts done by NSPL to make us good Software are good. At NSPL we work on LIVE PROJECT that helps freshers to know what type of work is done in the LIVE PROJECTS. It is good experience to work for NSPL. The training provided by NSPL to trainees is very professional. NSPL provides us training in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and Java. In our 6 months training I will learn lot of new aspects about how work is done in Companies. When I will complete my 6 months training I will be a good Software Engineer.    

I am taking training at NSPL. NSPL is providing us very good environment for training. We are doing here Project training and also LIVE PROJECT training. The behaviour and the way of guiding of the instructor is very good and helpful for all the trainees.

NSPL, The path of success for a successful future. NSPL Provider a plateform for students who have so much confusion's about their carrier for becoming a software engineers or developers or faculty students can choose their own path. NSPL are not posted as a faculty, they posted as a software engineer + faculty.

After joining NSPL, I can say confidently, that I will definitely become a software engineers. They not give any lectures, they provides practicals which is a important part of our training. NSPL provides works on live project for trainee's and they also promised for job placement, but placement is totally depend on the hardwork of student and the way of handling or solved their assignments. But that all needs. Only the hardwork of a student and their creativeness.
