Industrial Training at NSPL was a great Experience for me. Here I learnt how to works in the groups under a Team leader .Project work is divided in the group equally for each person. The Trainers of company are very co operative solve the problem related to projects and assignment regularly given assignment helps a lot to learn. Assignment is given individually. |

I have received training from NSPL in January 2009. I heard lot of about Industrial Training before Joining but I came to know what actually the Industrial training is after joining the NSPL As software is most important part which helps to become a good Software Engineer. Not only just Software Engineer but also more than that.
At the last I Would like to say that I will be become a good programmer ax S/W Engineer after Complete my Training at NSPL. |

I have joined the NSPL as Trainee Software Engineers in January 2009. My aim is to good software engineer. So that is why I have joined the NSPL for getting industrial exposure so that I will become good s/w engineer.
In NSPL the course material for 6 months industrial training was very good. I have learned a lot about .Net technology& development life cycle. Professional experienced Software engineer are the faculty member for NSPL edge training program. The main aim of NSPL is that the student who are getting the training from their organization will become the good Software engineers rather than providing just theoretical knowledge of the technology which they use. |

I Joined the NSPL as a Trainee in January 2009. I joined the training to get industries expose and gain the knowledge of Software development.
The “Edge” training program at NSPL is very good learning opportunity for fresher. The training was provided under the guidance of experienced Software Engineering and a highly qualified team leader.
Other activities like Presentations, Group Discussion, Communication Skill Sessions were also good for personality development. |

Industrial Training is a way to learn new thing. In training we got programming skill as well as other skills, like communication improvement & personality development. In training we had classes on alternate days and on the other days we were provided with assignments based on .Net, ASP. Net, C#, and develop project. We learned Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Swish.
I had good experience in NSPL. Co-coordinators are good improve our skills. They worked very hard us. Which is going to be used in our future. |
